Question 1

What is VideoRapAI?

Accepted Answer

VideoRapAI is an AI rap video generator: upload 1–2 photos, pick a stage (Hotel Lobby by default), and download a ~12s original-first lip-sync clip. Hotel Lobby is a stage, not the whole brand.

Question 2

Which photo works best?

Accepted Answer

A recent photo of one person facing the camera, with even light and the head and shoulders in frame. Group shots, sunglasses and strong filters lower the quality.

Question 3

How long does a render take?

Accepted Answer

Most videos finish in 2–8 minutes depending on length and queue. You can close the page; finished videos wait in My videos.

Question 4

How do credits work?

Accepted Answer

Each second of video costs one credit. Credits from packs never expire; subscription credits are added every month and expire at the end of that month. Renders use the credits that expire soonest first, and credits are refunded automatically if a render fails.

Question 5

How do I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Open My account → Billing and choose Cancel renewal. You won’t be charged again, and your plan and credits stay available until the end of the current period.

Question 6

Can I use someone else’s photo?

Accepted Answer

Only with their permission, and never photos of minors, celebrities or public figures. Accounts that break this rule are closed.

Question 7

What happens to my photos?

Accepted Answer

Uploads are private, used only to make your video and deleted automatically 7 days after upload. Finished videos are kept for 30 days after they finish. Deleting your account removes everything right away.

Question 8

Is VideoRapAI free? Is there a watermark?

Accepted Answer

You can try a short preview path; full unlock needs credits. Packs start at $9.99 / 12 credits (~one 12s clip). Basic is $29.90/mo for 120 credits. Unlocked MP4s are delivered without a site watermark.

Question 9

Can ChatGPT render the AI rap video itself?

Accepted Answer

As of late 2026 ChatGPT browsing can recommend a generator and explain steps, but it does not reliably output a finished lip-sync MP4. Use VideoRapAI (browser) for the render, then share the file.

Question 10

Do you remake the original Hotel Lobby song by default?

Accepted Answer

No. We lead with original-first AI audio so shares are less likely muted for copyright remakes. Hotel Lobby is the default stage look, not a copyrighted remake track.

Question 11

Why was my Kling / motion-control render rejected?

Accepted Answer

Kling Motion Control needs a real-human reference video with clear people. Cartoon or empty templates return “No valid characters”. VideoRapAI defaults to Seedance image mode (your photo as first frame), which does not need a human motion clip.
