Each second of video costs one credit. Credits from packs never expire; subscription credits are added every month and expire at the end of that month. Renders use the credits that expire soonest first, and credits are refunded automatically if a render fails.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Why was my Kling / motion-control render rejected?

Accepted Answer

Kling Motion Control needs a real-human reference video with clear people. Cartoon or empty templates return “No valid characters”. VideoRapAI defaults to Seedance image mode (your photo as first frame), which does not need a human motion clip.
